Loma Vista: Landmarks and Sets

Loma Vista's a growing city in the Midwest, with some rural charm left, but rapidly becoming the largest city in its respective State, due to many attractions, such as Lake Pittman, and a quaint Downtown area, as well as being the major hub for travel, and industry, bringing jobs, and people to Loma Vista.

Businesses/Corporations

Thomas Holdings
Founded by William Thomas Sr, after he moved to Loma Vista from the Southeast, Thomas Holdings owns many properties, and businesses and is one of the largest corporations in the world. Thomas Holdings owns among many businesses, the Nationwide Grocery Chain, Duncan's, founded by Ernest Duncan, and ran by his Granddaughter, Felicia Miller. Thomas Holdings also owns some of the major retail centers in Loma Vista, and throughout the United States. Thomas Holdings is publicly traded, and owned by the Grandson of William Thomas Sr, and Ernest Duncan, Lorenzo Thomas, and William Sr's Daughters Barbara Thomas, and Ann Thomas-Gray also holds interest in the company, along with Felicia Miller-Nolan and Sully Jackson. Headquarters located in Bannister Tower.

Sullivan's River Casino
Located on Lake Pittman. Founded in the late 1970s by Jean Sullivan Duncan. It's a major money-maker in Loma Vista, and one of the main attractions for out of townees. Jean Duncan gave the company to her Daughters, Elizabeth D. Thomas, and Miranda (Randi) Camden, and after Jean's passing, Randi sold her shares to her Oldest Sister, and is currently owned by Elizabeth D. Thomas. Lorenzo Thomas also owns a percentage, and Lena Houston is CEO. Also used as a meeting place for "gatherings". A hotel's attached to the casino as well, which is frequented by many visitors.

Thomas Auto
Owned by William Thomas Jr, and helped by Matt Wilson and J.R. Miller, Thomas Auto's the largest chain of automobile dealerships in the States. William Jr was given the company as he worked his way up through the ranks, from a mechanic, to becoming owner. Owned by Thomas Holdings, Jenny Miller Douglas overlooks the company, controlled by Thomas Holdings.

Lord Incorporated
A conglomerate based out of Adam's Landing, and owned and ran by Roger Lord. Jack Miller works for Lord Incorporated at the moment.


Miller Enterprises
Formerly owned by Jack Miller. Miller Enterprises also has a hand in real estate, and Jack's  Former Wife, Ann also owns a percentage of the company, as her Former Husband, Victor Gray, was a co-owner, and business partner before his passing in the early 1990s. Now owned by Thomas Auto as part of the divorce settlement between Jack Miller and Ann Thomas Gray.

Loma Vista Hospital at Lakeside
One of two hospitals in Loma Vista, other being Loma Vista Downtown Hospital. Dr. Martin Nolan, and Lizzie Thomas work here presently.



Restaurants/Bars/Clubs/Etc

Tilly's (Formerly Randi's Place)
Located on the Lake Pittman Marina. Owned and ran by Tilly Miller. Tilly's is a very popular gathering spot in any time of year. Formerly Owned by Miranda (Randi) Camden and Zach Miller. Many of the citizens of Loma Vista drop by Randi's Place for a drink,  and a round of pool from time to time.
The President's Room
Located in Bannister Tower, The President's Room's an upscale restaurant and lounge, where many of Loma Vista's citizens dine, and drink. It's also another meeting place for Thomas Family "Gatherings".

Paradise
A night club in Downtown Loma Vista. A hot spot for late night parties and a hangout for the younger citizens of Loma Vista. 

The Gallery
A coffee shop located in Downtown Loma Vista, and frequented by many in town.

Pittman Park
Located on the bank of Lake Pittman, visited often by many of Loma Vista's residents, and tourists.

Benjamin Lodge
A motel in Loma Vista off the interstate where shady dealings happen from time to time.

The Sunset Inn
A motel in Loma Vista, near the Sni-Bar neighborhood, where shady dealings are legend in the area.



Homes/Mansions/Estates

Lorenzo and Nikki's Mansion (The Thomas Estate)
Located in the oldest, and wealthiest areas of Loma Vista. Home to Lorenzo and Nikki Houston Thomas, and their Daughter, Lizzie Thomas. Formerly home to William Thomas Sr and Myrtle L. Thomas.

Blake and Sarah's Mansion
Located in the Noland neighborhood of Loma Vista. Home of Blake Walton and Sarah Walton.. Formerly home to Randi and Clint Camden, one of Loma Vista's top news broadcasters, for KLV-TV before his passing. When Randi briefly remarried Jack Miller, she lost her home to Clint's Sister, Diana Adams, who overlooks the property on behalf of her family estate.

The BlueBird Manor
Located in the neighborhood of Blue Ridge, the former home of Ernest and Jean Sullivan Duncan. Elizabeth D. Thomas lived here after her Mother's passing before leaving Loma Vista. Felicia Miller formerly lived here. Elizabeth D. Thomas presently resides here, along with Niece, Tilly Miller.

Bo and Evan's Cabin (Formerly William's Home)
Located on Lake Pittman. Home of Bo and Evan Williams, and Bob Jennings, Owned by Elizabeth D. Thomas, and formerly the home of William Thomas Jr, and Elizabeth, before she moved into her Parent's home, as they separated, but didn't divorce in their long marriage.

The Miller Estate
Located in the gated community known as "Red Bridge Estates." Jack Miller presently resides here.

Ann's "Mansion"
Located on Lake Pittman, currently the residence of Ann Thomas Gray and Cassie Douglas.

Barbara's Home
Located in Downtown Loma Vista's Historic District. Barbara Thomas presently resides here, as does Son, Matt Wilson.

Lena's Loft
Located in Downtown Loma Vista. Given to Lena as a gift from Son In Law, Lorenzo Thomas Sr, and Daughter, Nikki Houston Thomas. Lena Houston and Son, Tyrone Houston presently resides here. along with Tyrone's Fiancée, Lacey Mason.

Felicia's Loft
Located in Downtown Loma Vista. Felicia Miller-Nolan, Dr.Martin Nolan, and Randi Camden resides here, and are neighbors to Lena Houston.
